Yea his announcement was a few weeks back. I’m sure he’s had the cancer longer.

Was thinking about him yesterday.

I had a friend that used to play piano and sing with him. Said he was a really nice guy!

RIP

Listen to "Passing by the Graveyard". Really will hit home if you have lost friends in your life.

Think it's about John Belushi

I had to spend a few weeks in rural Vermont one summer back in the late 80's. All of the hicks there loved Eddie Money. I must have heard the entirety of that album with the popping the fingers and whatever, 100 times. I don't miss it.

Avoid rural New England. It's just gross.

Wasn't he cop one time?
Endless nights
I wanna go back
Shakin
I think I'm in love
These are some of his best tunes.

Sad to see him go.

“I wanna go back” is one of my all time favorites.

He was indeed an employee of the police department.

It's not possible to kill him. Lord knows Keith has tried more than once. In case of nuclear Armageddon only two things will survive ......cockroaches, and Keith Richards.

Sorry, I hope they all live till 100! I just read the article and given my advancing age, I got a little teary-eyed. I get the same feeling watching Star Trek knowing most of those actors are dead now. Shite, have I really gone down the back stretch and am now in the final turn?

Jimmy grew up so fast and he met me at the pass one day
Said, "You're a wanted man. Take your brother's hand - I'll be running with you, anyway."
So we rode late in the night like fires on the desert sand
'til one day the posse caught us 'cause the sheriff always gets his man
