Wonder how much of a CATS tax we'll get hit with to fund her pension?

The first thing I thought of when I saw this story is that I bet she's getting a fat arse pension. What a colossal dipshit that woman is

I don't believe she fell for a scam. Definitely in on it

The school system only lost $10,000 after insurance covered some of it. I wish there were an administrative procedure where the first $10,000 of her pension is withheld.

An audit (which costed $10,000) said there was no evidence she profited from it. Not sure how air tight that is. Either way, she's either wholly incompetent or corrupt.

The corrupt ones surround themselves with incompetence to avoid being outed.

I emailed my School Board Rep about this chick and the response was classic politician. Defensive, evasive and made excuses for her all at the same time. Best part was her saying multiple times how it was a "personnel issue" and beyond the School Boards control.

Totally agree with you. Not sure why this was downvoted. I'd add another $10k to pay for the audit, though

Only 11 years on the job... hopefully that's not long enough to qualify for any sort of pension.

When you add the $10k audit cost to the $10k net un-recovered wire transfers, she cost taxpayers $20k.
