How lovely that half the council doesn’t fricking bother to show up.

We expect nothing less from Loupe but what excuse do these other frickers have?

So what am I currently viewing? Is this not the metro council restarting their meeting now that they have more members?

Wait, so basically everyone present voted to let bars reopen but not enough of the council showed up to constitute a quorum?

I'm watching this zoom council meeting and all I can say is what a complete shite show. This is ludicrous.

Apparently it went 6 for 0 against 1 abstaining and then the abstained dropped from the meeting to kill a quorum.

Yeah pretty rare I go to a place that is purely a bar.

Most are restaurant/bar type places.

Did the council present their data and analysis as to why?

Data doesn't matter. Only feelings and politics.

Can we get a breakdown of the vote? I want to know what "conservative" voted against reopening bars.
