Has anyone seen a friend or relative actually receive a meal from the COA? Are these people really just handing out cash to their friends and calling it meals ?

i'd put everything i own on the fact we won't make it to 2019 before COA and Tarsha are in the news again for some shady use of tax payer money.
All the extra funding they have now? No way in hell it's all going to MOW or the seniors. And I know they all got raises and Tarsha is probably in the process of buying a new house and a 2018 Escalade. No surprises there. I'm talking about gross tax payer money mismanagement, i bet it would be as easy as flipping to a random page of their books or reading just 100 emails of Tarsha's to find.
We need a mole in the COA. Unfortunately I don't think any of us have the right amount of melanin and we're all probably overly qualified for any job over there
