It is exhausting trying to convince someone invested in GMO grains of the truth because it will hurt their bottom line.

You have no idea what I'm invested in. The stigma against GMOs actually helps me because I'm involved in crops that are not GMO.
I'm just smart enough to do the research and know there is a lot more real evidence that GMOs are safe than evidence that they are not.

Saw this tweet a while back..

"Judging by the people who don't eat it, I'm guessing gluten contains fun."

Pretty much sums it up.

You mean like how kfc uses chickens specially designed to not have feathers?

Reduce carbs and reduce sugar, even fruit.

When I do this, my weight falls off. I just love carbs so I do this randomly when I feel my waist line getting too big.

Do you think that grains are solely responsible for the beetus?
No, of course not. I'm sure she's taking in plenty of other carbs. However, bagels might be the single most potent beetus delivery system available.

What if it's already shriveled to begin with and you eat 200 g of protein a day from meat

I did because a good friend of mine from HS is celiac. I first heard if it in 2005.

My gf now has celiac and people who don't actually have the allergy but still order gluten free make it so bad that she still gets embarassed to mention it to servers at restaurants because she thinks they'll go in the back and talk shite because they won't think she actually has and allergy.

As somone who is diagnosed with Celiac disease, I don't know why in the frick anyone who didn't HAVE to eat a gluten diet would. It's horrible. No beer, pizza, Chinese food, most Mexican food, and let me tell you how awesome it is to always be the one guy in the dinner party who looks like a jackass when you ask the waiter "Do you have a gluten free menu?" Yeah, frick Gluten, frick my retarded digestive system, and frick SJW hipsters.

End rant

you are giving him way too much credit. He is good but there is only one Ken M.

and how in the frick after all this time can people not tell when el gaucho is trolling. It blows my mind that after years and years of it he still is able to pull it off.

btw have to love all the fatties saying going gluten free is stupid. Im not a gluten free guy but if think eating processed grains or pretty much anything you can go out in nature and find is good for you then you are dumber than the people who think going gluten free will make them lose weight.
