When I was single I would eat alone, Go to concert alone, have sex alone etc.

Wasn’t that bad actually. I never talked back to myself

Men who have found peace eat alone.

Men before they are married look across the restaurant and notice a man eating alone, and think he is a total loser.

Men after they are married look across the restaurant and notice a man eating alone, and they immediately become jealous of his peace, freedom, authenticity, and tranquility.

There is nothing wrong with eating alone unless you are binge drinking at the bar avoiding reality.

I enjoy eating alone from time to time.

Me tonight

It’s just really weird feeling. I didn’t want to cancel reservation. And I usually only eat solo in airports

I used to travel about 200 days out of the year. Whenever I didn't have to eat with a customer, I was happy as a 2 dicked dog.

Sit at the bar and make some friends. It's easy. Put your phone down and say "what's up"?

So I didn't.

Good grief.

I’m out of town for 3-4 days every other week for work so I eat alone often. I’m very comfortable in my own skin and with silence. I can also easily strike up a conversation with strangers too.

Here’s a pro-tip…. No one knows you’re there except your server, you’re not the center of anyone else’s attention

I travel a bit for work and eat alone often. My godchild says she feels bad that I have to do that...but it is "low key "awesome.

Also,(agreeing with the poster below), just sit at the bar.

I do this most nights. Is a result of bad decisions through my years and a distrust in women unfortunately.

When I eat with my wife or my family, it's dinner. We sit down talk enjoy the meal and company.

If I have to eat alone I either don't eat, or just fuel up enough to keep on keeping on.

Honestly, if it wasn't for eating with my wife and kids I'd probably have a protein shake and get shite done around the house.

It doesn’t mean that much to me to mean that much to you - Neil Young

(Worrying what others think of you eating alone)

This little nugget has powerful positive impact on wealth building (F the Joneses), relationships (filter those who care about this type of BS because those types are full of BS), and honoring who you are (just being yourself is liberating)!

Do it.

I travel for business a good deal, so I oftentimes eat dinner alone. I find it relaxing.

Hang in there my man. You sound like you have regular logic so you should be fine. Gotta be tough though
