Rapper Kanye West's $55 'Brunchella' church service is coming under harsh criticism online for long lines and pathetic food offerings, sparking comparisons to the notorious failed Fyre Festival. West hosted the event on Friday night at Bethany Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, drawing a crowd of thousands for the program of Christian preaching and songs from his new album, Jesus Is King.
Though the church service was free, organizers charged $55 for a breakfast plate that included pancakes, bacon, sausage and grits. Some attendees also reported receiving scrambled eggs. Now, at least one woman is demanding her money back, posting a photo of her sad-looking Styrofoam breakfast plate to Facebook.

Cry baby. She wanted to see him. If was free, with a $55 sir charge. She prob needs to get over it. I don't care for him or whatever music he might sing but I ain't gonna cry because he prob couldn't charge them for tickets (I'm assuming).

The concert was free and no one was forced to buy the food right? It is shitty, but its Kanye. And whoever took the picture at least took a bite out of the pancakes before taking the picture. But it seems like word would have gotten around pretty fast that the $55 plate of food a poor man's big breakfast from McDonalds.
