on 10/20/20 at 11:37 am to lsuwontonwrapWent to the smoothie king center yesterday afternoon. There was a line but moved very quickly and there were a bunch of polling machines. Took less than 20 min from the time I parked to the time I got back to my truck.

It's more convenient to be able to choose the day, time and place you want to vote over a week or two. Usually the lines are shorter too other than the first day of early voting.

I'd say I spent about 1 minute to get called to show my license, and after I signed the book, maybe 1 minute to wait for a booth to open up. Maybe 1-2 minutes getting checked in, and 3 minutes to vote.
This was on Saturday which I think was the second day of early voting.

40 - 45 minutes in Central, an area that is generally Northeast of the City of Baton Rouge. I went at approximately 3:45; there were 50 - 60 people in line, and the line moved at a reasonable pace. When I exited, there were still about 30 people waiting. I wondered if the line might grow after 5:00 pm, when people got off work.
