No, we just happened to be watching that show when my wife was like 6 months pregnant and we were trying to choose a girl name. We both decided we like the name of a character on the show.

Kim? Or Chloe?

I hate when people name their kids last name first names. I knew a girl years ago who's name was Collins. I used to mess with her and ask if her last name was Jessica or some first name.

Does the spelling of his name affect you in any way?

Then why are you so afraid of other people's freedom?

Not a normal name but a woman seriously named her daughter "le-a" and would get angry when people pronounced it lea instead of le dash a.

Nah, that's not an obvious last name. It's both.

I am a teacher, so I have seen my fair share of weird names and spellings, but I think "Jakeobb" might be the worst.

I hate the unnecessary "eigh" or "aigh" thing. I keep waiting to see someone name their kid Paisley (Which in itself I think is a dumb name but have seen a few) but spell it Paighsleigh.

I have taught a couple of kids (unfortunately both male and female) whose names have been "Precious." Imagine applying for a job at the age of 30 and your name is Precious.

Also I always get a kick out of the people who tell their story about the name Shithead as if they're the first person to have come across that story and we are all hearing it for the first time.

About 5 years or so ago when LSU and Florida played softball, there were like five Baileys of various spelling on the field, and I think a couple of Kelseys too.

Individually, they're not that bad. But when you put them all next to each other, it looks kind of absurd.

I have a distant cousin my family from the country. His name is Jime. Everyone calls him Jime. (Pronounced Jyme).

He told us the story of how he got his name. Apparently his name is actually technically Jimmy. His parents named him Jimmy, but neither of them knew how to spell, read or write very well. Cousin Jime is about 72, so technically that is understandable I guess. On the birth certificate, they spelled his name JimE.

At some point in time people started pronouncing his name as Jyme instead of Jimmy to be funny. Eventually it stuck.

This is not a misspelling but rather a dumb pronunciation:

Knew a dude named Timothy, but he was constantly correcting everyone that it's pronounced "Tim-Oh-thee".

Yes, he was pretentious AF.
