Is the 3rd DUI mandatory jail time?
I keep seeing articles in the paper or on line about someone's 3rd or 4th DUI How the hell are they still driving or not in jail?
Not me, still for the friend.

A 3rd DUI can be prosecuted as a felony in some states if all 3 offenses occurred in less than 10 years. You better get yourself a lawyer.
