It is the perfect place to stash an Italian model who was purchased with $300k in bitcoin off of the dark web IMHO.
Question though does it include a Bonus Room where there is a contraption that the purchaser can dump her body out to sea after they are done with her? I didn't see that in the marketing materials.

I really hate modern architecture. It only looks good in low light. If you're ever searching homes online the "modern" ones always have pics of the house at night. Never in the day because they all look like shite in full light
