Update #2. Upon further review of the all facts the cop was well justified in beating the crap out of him. You don’t go around beating a strange woman up for no reason and sending her to the hospital if you don’t want to end up at the same hospital yourself.

His hands weren’t pinned behind his back moron. He was actively pressing against the ground to get up (half his body was off the ground), and could have thrown the officer off him for all the cop knew.

Cops had 60 lbs on the kid easily and had him on the ground. Unnecessary imo. He was a hammered, skinny college kid. It's not like he was armed.
