more parents didn't get all strung out over their kids smoking weed they probably would go down that road. But its just a theory
Some people who just smoke weed have horrible addiction genes that turns into something worse. Not everyone is like you and can just use it in moderation.

Im sorry for your loss, but can you drill down into more about how weed and alcohol caused his death? What do you mean he "had it all"?

It shocking how much of a hold opiates get on people. Once you are hooked it's a problem for life and they are never the same. It's heartbreaking to watch.

I am sorry for your loss.

Unless your cousin fell into a grain silo full of weed, weed didn’t kill him. It’s a stupid statement.

Can you OD on alcohol? Most certainly! Can you OD on weed? No, I’m sorry that you believe this but it’s just not possible.

There is a young woman who almost lost her battle with them 2 nights ago when she tried forcing her way into my house after I answered the door.
High and paranoid on Delta 8 apparently

It really is. I am prone to addiction, so this is not coming from any self-righteous high horse. But not only do opioids make me itch something fierce (I understand not everybody has this reaction), they make it almost impossible to shite. That constipation misery is worse than the original pain.

A lot of times it's due to serious injuries.

No shite you cant OD on weed. Just because you cant OD on something doesnt mean it cant have negative effects on your life or even ruin it. Save me the there's no negatives to smoking weed BS. I do it everyday but for some people it drains their motivation, makes them depressed, etc.

While we’re on it, I just took a 50 mg Tramadol because my shoulders are currently on fire with arthritis and other inflammation. First time to ever take this and 1st time to take any opioid since the hydrocodone I was prescribed after my shoulder surgery a year and a half ago. Anybody familiar with this drug and can give me an idea on how it may react in me? I haven’t slept more than 3 hours at a time in probably 6 months, so was desperate.

You'd have to take way more tramadol to get fricked up on it. It's not gonna be like taking a 10mg lortab or even a 5

Tramadol is super weak and doesn't have anything close to the same effect as Vicodin or Lortab. It can possibly keep you awake though.

To get a good buzz on tramadol you have to take enough that it really just makes you feel like shite. At least that's how I remember it the few times I tried to get high on it.

I chewed up four 50 mg Tramadol once and still didn't do shite for me. Kind gave me a little energy like a Lortab can, but that's it.
