There was a thread on here a couple weeks back were more than one person said they shower immediately after every shite iirc. I also learned way more people have bidets than I would have expected.

While, the old "shite, Shower & Shave" regiment can be tough to pull, it can be done.
I recommend and follow this procedure every morning.
First, make yourself a good cup of coffee as it can act like a stimulant to get the juices flowing.
Next, get all those morning farts out to clear the way.
Next, Massage your stomach and lower back. Then, do some jumping jacks.
By this time you should be able to mount the throne and have splash down.
Hope this helps! Let me know the results.

My colon is a finely tuned machine that releases the poop kraken like clockwork every morning just after I wake up.

On Mothers' Day I took a nice shower after the old lady went to sleep then rubbed one out. Right before getting in bed I went to the bathroom and peed all over my legs and the back of toilet seat. So frustrating.

I have trained my body to only shite prior to my shower(s).
Can easily hold it in for 12 hours if need be but the second I turn the shower on, I’m straddling the commode.
