The issue here is that people don't move back over. They stay in the left lane because "I'm going to eventually have to pass that car further up on the right".
So you get a mile long train of cars in the left lane because one chucklefrick won't get the frick out of the left lane.

And he probably wouldn't have pulled the speed up maneuver had the Accord driver not been on his arse earlier while he was legit passing someone in the left lane.
Regardless, the car driver is definitely more at fault here, not equally.

How bout you watch the extended video then shut your ignorant arse up. The truck driver was making no attempt to pass that car. In fact, he was purposefully challenging the driver of the Honda

That was pretty funny. Both the car and truck drivers are idiots. The guy in the truck gunned the shite out of it to block the left lane when he saw the car move to the shoulder.

The truck driver is just as much of an idiot, because he antagonized a lunatic and almost got in an accident because of it. Always stay away from crazies on the road, it’s not worth whatever lesson you’re trying to teach

It’s tough to say equally given how reckless the Honda driver was, BUT if you’re looking at the actually moments right before the wreck, it’s undeniable that the truck greatly accelerated to block the Honda from passing. The action of the Honda almost seemed surprised to notice the truck still there when it tried to move back over left.
I’d say truck is ~20-30% at fault.
