No one is here.

Half the commercial spaces are empty.

Block after block of nothing.

Spent three weeks there in March. It’s crazy how there is no traffic and every place but a brewery on Mission was absolutely empty. Open drug dealing on Mission / Market. It’s worse than I’ve ever seen it. A lawless ghost town.

Lots of Silicon Valley companies going back in office over next few months.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

You were here for three weeks and didn’t leave downtown? Otherwise you’re simply lying.

If a bum shits in the street but no one’s around to smell it, does it have a smell?

That’s sad.

Anyway, I think Jimbo needs to explain this NIL thing he has going. It’s really tearing the county apart.

Just came from SF this weekend.

for a 'major city', there's so many dead areas. homeless are 100x more aggressive than any other major city (chicago, NYC, etc) than I've been too.

Enjoyed sightseeing and walking around, but definitely rather go elsewhere.

Aggressive in what way? Hitting you up with their sob story?

Did you ever think you were about to get assaulted?

Some of those buildings had Walgreen's, 7-11, Taco Bell, and Starbucks in them last year.

Google maps shows obtrusive bums out front, making customers not want to go near the area.
