Sure but not while recording and trying to catch up to a person driving recklessly.
Like I said, the few times I have been a similar instance I just called the *LSP line or whatever the local one is and reported it. It's not my job to play police and it wasn't hers either. She put herself and others in danger just as he did. Aside from the derogatory language, they were both in the wrong and again we don't know what happened before the video started. Not saying that would justify either one of them but using it to say what I have been saying and that is the internet and it's fake outrage go too far without thinking logically. They heard the N-word and any logical thinking was out of the window.

Yeah, and she obtained the information she would need in order to report it. She was clearly in much more control of her vehicle than the racist and the video backs that up.

No she didn't. You don't need that info to report it. All you need is a vehicle description and which way they are traveling. She had both of those without endangering herself and others more.
What was she reporting anyway? That has yet to be answered.
