The owner should suspend him and remove him from any accounts that have minorities as the primary user of product or service.

And BTW the people I am talking about are the ones that are calling for this guy's head. It's insanity and why the outrage culture needs to be curbed.
Not defending the guy trying to run her off the road, but why didn't she just let him go way ahead of her? It seems like she was trying to catch up to him and instigate him more? Seems they were both in the wrong to some degree.
Forget the Nword and look at it from both sides for just a minute. She had a chance to let him go but at one point she speeds up to get behind him while still recording. Why not let him go after the confrontation?
Calling someone a name with malicious intent is bad but the whole two wrongs don't make a right should come into play at some point.
We have all dealt with assholes, and of course, being human we all want revenge, but I have learned it's far easier and far more rewarding to live and let live. Move on and live your life. She continued to instigate him and will probably get some gofundem money now too.

Meh...this is far different than say that college professor being outed. He hit someone over the head with a bike lock and caused serious personal damage. You are comparing apples and oranges.
FTR, everyone should reap what they sow. I have no problem with the guy facing consequences. My point, which maybe I didn't convey clearly, is that the internet mobs get insane over these sort of things and the fall out is far worse than the "crime"
I think the people that donated over $20K to the Bama guy that popped the Trump ballon this weekend went too far as well so I am looking at it from both sides of the aisle.
All we do is encourage these sorts of instances to keep happening. Jusie Smolet would never had happened if he didn't think internet mobs would potentially back him.

Why did she need his plate? What happened before that? Did she need it to call the police or just needed it for the internet?
She sped up to him. Do you know what I have had to do in the past when someone is driving insane like that? I call the *LSP and report the vehicle and where they are heading. Let the professionals deal with it and not risk my safety and also hope I save others.
