You are right, but when emotions kick in people make bad judgement.

He saw that she was videoing him.. If something happened and she did something first, it seems like he would be have said something along the lines of "Your video isn't going to show how you................." which makes me think that maybe he did something, she might have flipped him off or did something in response so he then responds to her by saying what he said...

Either way, that's life. Some people are just assholes.
