It's about fricking time. The dumbass truckers will still think they have to immediately cut in front of you as soon as they get off of the damn bridge though.

Not just trucks, You have people who do not understand zipper merge. Then you have the jackasses who think we are all supposed to merge to one lane a mile before we need to. These are the same driving pros who then block the people trying to fill the other lane and do the zipper merge. So instead of a zipper merge with a half mile of traffic back up you have one lane of 2 mile back up.

No white people had their homes taken by the interstate? I know a dozen families whose parents were displaced and went to St. Agnes Church - all white.

Then don’t leave a gap big enough for them to get in.

While this is true, I've had several instances where you DON'T actually have space for them and they just don't look or see you (or care?) and practically run you over trying to get left.
Good riddance to Washington St. exit. Hope they learn it's gone quickly and it clears things up a bit.

The amount of morons that are driving south from I-110 and bypass the new Washington street exit and completely frick up traffic to exit the original exit is mind boggling. Just this past Wednesday a fricking school bus did it, a couple of weeks ago a BRPD unit did it. I personally witnessed it right in front of me. That exit being open is one of the single most moronic things on that section of the interstate!!

What’s stupid is only having one lane coming off the bridge for everyone to merge into. Should be two lanes coming off the bridge and nobody having to merge over.

If you’re coming from I-110 onto
I-10 say in the left lane and avoid as much of that chaos as possible

The new Terrace Ave exit is open. No need for this Washington Street bullshite anymore.

No. Too many slow driving people do that. Just stay in the right lane and make those frickers coming off the bridge stay in their lane.

They said they “want to”. Don’t get your hopes up too high with these clucks.

Would it be sensible to drop I110 down to one lane before it merges with I10. Let I-10 remain two lanes and I110 would join it as a third (far left) lane?

unless you are getting off at dalrymple idk why you would be in the right lane coming from 110

isn't that a racist issue.
Every time it’s suggested.
This is why we can’t have nice things.
It might be better to just start buying up all the houses between that exit and the river.

If you are not getting off at Washington st or dalrymple you should not be near the right lane right there

The right lane at the 110/10 merge coming from the Governors curve, which then becomes the middle lane on 10. People who aren’t passing or driving fast, need to stay out of the left lane right there, and stay in the right lane (or eventual middle lane), and make the people coming from the bridge, stay in their lane, instead of cutting everyone off coming from 110 S.

I thought the entire fricking point of that new exit no one uses on 10-110S was so they could get rid of the Washington St exit.
