It might be a hard concept, but don't touch your coworkers.
There is actually no reason to do so.
She needed to tell him to stop, if she did and he continued then frick yeah it is harassment. Yeah, I don't want someone feeling my thigh or my girl's thigh.

At this point, if you work in Hollywood and look at, speak to or touch a female you are an idiot. They need to adopt the Mike Pence model. Did y’all know our VP won’t be alone with a female? He has a policy that a staff member has to be in the room if he has a meeting with a woman. I thought it was some cuck bullshite at first but then I realized he is a smart dude. He saw this Me Too bullshite coming and took himself completely out of the situation.

Smart people have been doing this for a long time, well before the "me too" hashtag.
A lot of people are shite, both male and female. Some men sexually harass women cause they want sex. Some women make false accusations because they want money.
Don't put yourself in a situation where there are no witnesses.
