Frisco used to have only one high school and the mascot was the Raccoons. They were known as the Fighting Coons. This is a water storage structure on Preston Rd in Frisco.
This is Frisco’s official symbol. Frisco became a town because it was a stop on the railroad. A local guy used to trap and skin raccoons and sell the pelts to folks passing through. The design is supposed to resemble a raccoon pelt stretched out in homage of the man.
Then, people started moving to Frisco. The massage parlors and hot tub clubs had to move and the water tower needed to be re-painted. They put a clumsy new message about the 2002 Softball championship but everyone knows what’s under there.
I think the water tank was demolished in the recent past - the land was just too valuable.

Here’s the newer version of the water tank. Better, right?
Frisco also used to have a big facility owned by Exide where they supposedly collected and destroyed old batteries. Water samples in that area make you wonder, though. Do your research before you buy a home there! LOL!

LOL at these clowns equating this to Kyle Rittenhouse or Daniel Penny.

The defendants lawyer will demand a black on the jury
He will have about 500k for a big time lawyer. This is far from a closed shut case

SURPRISE ... Black racists exist. I know liberals tell the masses that Black people can't be racist but they very much can. God doesn't like racism of any kind, karma will take care of these people. They worship their Blackness

this young man did nothing wrong and has the right to defend himself
The little black bitch broke one of the biggest and most clear cut rules in the school district and brought a knife to a school event on school property to instigate what the murdered kid thought was going to be a fist fight or just pushing and shoving when told to put hands on the guy and see what happens. This isn’t Baton Rouge. No one was expecting a weapon to be involved except the murderer.
These idiots cannot even get their comparisons right. One of these things is not the others.
1 - A kid stabbing another high schooler in the heart after being asked to leave an opposing team’s area, refusing requests, instigating confrontation knowing he was carrying around a concealed knife that he knew he wasn’t allowed to bring to event or property and that his victim would not know he had with him, and knowing that multiple coaches, staff, his own teammates, & even school resource officers were around to help with any threats or danger, real or imagined, that he could have possibly felt. Situation would have been put under controlled very quickly after last action if that last action didn’t end up being a knife to the heart.
2 - Someone helping to protect another’s property and clean up graffiti elsewhere during riots and mob rule in the area which went down this way without police or authority figures to handle situation:
quote:
After a man named Joseph Rosenbaum chased and cornered Rittenhouse in a dealership parking lot and grabbed the barrel of his rifle, Rittenhouse fatally shot him.
Rittenhouse fled and was pursued by a crowd. He fatally shot a second man, Anthony Huber, who struck Rittenhouse with a skateboard and tried to grab his rifle in a brief struggle.
Gaige Grosskreutz afterwards approached Rittenhouse with a pistol pointed at him, and Rittenhouse shot and wounded him in the right arm.
3 - Unarmed man. Restrains man threatening people's lives in a relatively small enclosed area in a moving train with the schizophrenic homeless man that was threatening them without police or other authority figures to help handle the situation. Multiple passengers said they were in fear of the man threatening them with no way to get off train. The man dies with K2 in system and a genetic condition as contributing factors. The prosecutors don’t charge Penny with any crime that he intended to kill or inflict great bodily harm to the guy but one where they believed he disregarded a “substantial and unjustifiable risk of death” by continuing the hold after they felt situation was under control. They didn’t even deny that the schizo was a danger to passengers or his need to have been restrained but just the length of time.

I assume it was a HS sanctioned event right? If so, then I think its safe to say having a knife wasn't allowed.

And why does it matter if a knife was allowed or not? He used it to kill someone, not open boxes.

What kind of household raises a boy like Austin Metcalf — a boy who, according to witnesses, used a racial slur during a confrontation with a Black peer? What kind of parents raise a child who allegedly called another student the n-word?
They are such scum to write this. They are doing it because of a grieving father’s words spoken very soon after his son was murdered, but who then took it back almost immediately on same interview. The dad even spoke of forgiveness in the same interview.
quote:
But when confronted with that possibility, Austin’s father went on TV and said, “This is not a race thing. This is not a political thing.” And there it is, folks. The white American default: erase race the moment it becomes inconvenient. The moment whiteness stops being innocent and starts looking aggressive.
They are even worse for this. Twisting the father words which were actually stating that his son was not murdered due to a race issue the murderer had with his son. He was basically trying to erase the race issue that was “inconvenient” for blacks not for white people and definitely not inconvenient for his son.

His lawyers are going to try every trick in the book. That's their job. The fact they are bringing up these other cases to try to create perception tells me they know they are fricked.

According to student handbooks and district policies students can’t bring weapons to school, to school events, or onto any school property. Full stop.
The legality of having a knife in regards to him facing criminal charges on top the school punishments depends on length of blade for sure. No civilian can possess a knife with a blade longer than 5.5 inches at school events or on school properties.
I am less sure on if being 17 and a student affects the legality on bringing and concealing any blade length to a school/district event or onto school/district property.

I haven’t seen his lawyer make comparisons to these other cases yet. He just said his client said it was self-defense, and that he had been given no reason to not believe his client yet (after first meeting with him). It has been family, those seeking donations, Nation of Islam sounding black guys, other typical race baiters, and the ignorant people quoting them that have been making these comparisons along with repeating the unsubstantiated claims of the N word being used before the stabbing as those ignorant fricks think hearing the N words justifies violence and murder.

They did indeed. You’d need to read the article to know that is irrelevant, though. This money is being raised on GiveSendGo.
