No. Life in prison for armed robbery, purse snatching, a sex crime, and second degree battery
I mean other than killing somebody he's literally done it all and clearly has no interest in being a functioning member of society.

Does anyone know which prison he's headed to? Is Angola a lock or Elayn Hunt more his speed?

I think Hallmark has a section for career criminals and the pussies who sympathize with them

Angola, I would expect. But who knows.

Department of Corrections does an assessment then makes that determination but I'd guess Angola

I generally disagree with bitching somebody, but when your last chance involves what this shite-bag did? Let him rot.

His mama said he just needed mental health counseling.
Actually, he needed parenting, ma'am. He needed you and your husband ( ) to step up and parent him.
Dude should've already been in prison a while back with all those felonies.
Enjoy the three free meals a day, sir.

quote:Exactly. A lot of people will argue that it isn't his fault and blah, blah, blah he grew up in shitty conditions and blah, blah, blah. All of that may be true, but it is still up to individuals to make choices to improve their lives. I know plenty of guys that came up in the hood and have great jobs and live comfortable lives. I have a buddy from high school that is a doctor and he grew up pretty poor. You can't make excuses for people because you encourage them to make them for themselves and they will never take any accountability for what they do wrong in life.

Amazing how most of you and your older relatives approved of this "wrong neighborhood justice" being meted out against black people back in the day (and probably nowadays too SMH) with no punishment, but heaven forbid a white hair be touched y'all want the peep lynched. It WAS a horrific crime and he DOES deserve a harsh sentence, but until young white adults do REAL prison time for ACTUALLY KILLING people, take your racially fueled outrage and have several seats.

and you completely glossed over the fact that he was sentenced as he was because he's a habitual offender.
I ain't mad at ya doe.

Isn't this the case where the family that was attacked ended up suing the owner of the Chevron as well?
