Forrest Gump would realize this was fake, so I am guessing this was posted as a joke of some kind.
I also know your earlier post didn’t contain citizens like you mentioned in your added comments and while from an a St Paul news channel it still had zero credibility as far as parts only going by what the friends and neighbors say happened before video and about the family with zero fact checking by the reporter.
There was also the ending of temporary protections for Biden’s Autopen’s fake asylum illegals making the ones staying here illegals now which very likely means you just showed a video of illegals being detained regardless of whether or not they really had a work permit back in 2023.
Always question someone who states someone detained had a work permit when hired or similar as it likely hasn’t been valid for 6 months to a year.

Last but not least go thru the legal immigration process including properly vetting applicants to allow for the legal immigration of people who want to live the American way instead of those who want to live off American taxpayers or those who want to turn our country into a 3rd world country. This process should be completely separate from H1B visas and asylum seekers who should never get on path to citizenship from those statuses and should actually be forced to go back to their countries after job over and after any situation causing real asylum is over (fake asylums should never be let in). They can apply for immigration then.

The State Atty General can take action under the federal law, 18 U.S.C. § 248

I do believe that Lemon and the organizers may have issues, as well as YouTube whch profits from Lemon's video. There are civil and criminal provisions for violations of 18 U.S.C. § 248.
