We have a new one in the office. The guy seemed pretty alright the first couple of months, but they guys have noticed more and more that he sucks up to every single supervisor and basically attempts to camp out in their office every chance he gets. Most of the guys in the office have been starting to make comments to his face to give him hints, but he doesn’t seem to get that the arse kissing is getting annoying.
Even one of the supervisors has made comments that he’s picked up on it. It’s kind of a running joke in the office

It’s not kissing arse. It’s politicking. You gotta make moves to get ahead son.
What bothers me more is working with stupid assholes.
I work with a guy and the problem is I’ve known him for ten years before I was even with this company. I more or less took his job from him. He got a lateral promotion. I can ask him a question and it’s always a smart arse remark back. Just make my life easier and answer the fricking question. Don’t answer a question with another stupid arse question.
And the summbitch is lazy. I’m a let’s get shite done now guy. Go go go. I have to rely on him for things and it’s absolutely agonizing. He thinks he’s right in all this. fricking idiot.

Yes and it is nauseating. She gets there at 7:30(we don’t start until 8:30) and always sends an e-mail out to “All” every morning right at 7:30 mainly to show everyone she is there. Also does the same thing on weekends: “hey guys I was in the office today and...” can’t stand her.

I had a direct report that would do this shite. She’d get to work ridiculously early at like 6:30 AM and start blowing the whole departments email up. Simply to show she was at work. And it was always utter pointless bs that didn’t even need to be sent. When I’d walk in around 8 she’d come to my office full blast. I had to sit her down and tell her other employees have kids, stuff to do, lives, etc
