They don't care as long as the work gets done. Usually come in at 7, leave at 4. My boss is awesome.

Yeah I'm in a similar boat. I can show up at 7am and leave at 3, or 8am and leave at 4, etc. at my own discretion. No one really cares as long as you do your job.

I set my own schedule like an adult. As long as my work gets done correctly and on time, no one gives a shite how or when I do it

I am a business owner, but my employees are professionals and manage their own schedules. As long as they meet their obligations they come and go as they please.
