Does trump have trouble reading?

Im watching him introduce clemson and he's struggling. There's even a point when you can see size 20 font and maybe 3 sentences on a page. Never noticed it until now, anyone have any insight?

It is hard to focus when you are constantly lying. It has to be tough keeping track of all of the "stories" he is hearing in his head.
