Had a black mouth cur that supposedly growled at one of my nieces.. Loved that dog, but wouldn't take the chance. He left my place that day.

No, they actually don't. So again, can you or anyone show an actual case where someone intentionally tormented a dog and was bitten, and the dog/owner were found at fault?

Honestly, it should be a non-story. The vet should separate animal from his customers, help with medical bills, and the family should be fine with that.

Gf at the time got in his face knowing the dog was nervous and scared him like a dummy
Dig snapped and bit her face
Parents paid for the hospital bill and plastic surgery following
Homeowners insurance said kill the dog or get new insurance.
Girls face looked perfect.
364 days later parents sue my parents for pain and suffering
Yay.
Does this suffice your story needs?

Either way, I now know much more about dog bite statutes than I ever thought .....
ETA: Not sure what Florida law is on the subject.

ETA: See my post at the bottom of page two. I insinuate the lawyer wants to put a price on the dog's life, but I never said anything about the owners.
