Does LSU have the dumpiest campus in the SEC?

I've been spending more time around the campus and it's just poor. The buildings are 1960s dated looking garbage in many cases with cracks in the facade and in need of significant pressure washing. The bathrooms are old and not very clean. There are dumpsters with trash filling them all over the place. The "majestic" oaks basically make walkways too dark and kill the grass beneath them with piles of unraked leaves. The surrounding neighborhoods are by and large shitholes. Anything similar or worse in the SEC?

I think LSU has a stunningly beautiful campus (in some areas) with a great deal of history and character, but I also think it has been neglected in recent years, which is sad.
In contrast would be a school like Mississippi State. It doesn’t have nearly the architectural appeal that LSU has (in my opinion), but it is one of the cleanest, nicest, well-maintained campuses I have seen. There’s never a bit of trash lying around, and the landscaping is beautiful.
