Well....did they look better or worse?

Breast implants have come a long way since when they were hard as rocks and perfectly symmetrical. Puffy lips are definitely unattractive. It's funny, when I was in grade school, girls with naturally puffy lips were made fun of.

You don't notice the good ones, only the bad ones.
There was a TV series on E! called "Botched". Check it out if you can find reruns.

women with no lips are pretty bad also. I like nice plump lips but natural. some lip filler jobs look good but alot of women overdo it or go cheap and end up looking like a mess.

they look like fricking idiots. Like a hive of bees just stung their lips. Majority look like they should be in the circus.

Weird. Like some shiny alien.

No. It homogenizes a ton of women who would look unique into a 35-75 year old stretched Voldemort look. Lip work 99% of the time looks absolutely horrendous.

The girl from Dirty Dancing looked way better after her nose job.
But I agree that it usually is for the worse.

best plastics work I've seen done recently was an older guy at work, he came in one day with hose forehead and nose bandaged up, didn't say anything about it, saw him a week later, no bandages and he told me he had a cancerous area removed from the area and showed me the pics from the procedure and they looked pretty bad, his plastic guy fixed that area up to where you couldn't really see it unless you got right up in his grille

Subtle changes are fine. I know a couple aestheticians who can apply botox and you'd have no idea it's been done. That's rarely the case when women usually go overboard.

Plastic surgery is mental illness.
Placing foreign objects into your body for a shifting cultural standard is the definition of insanity.
I hear women use needles or something to do make their eyebrows look a certain way. Would anyone but a mentally ill person do that?

I won't get medically needed surgery so elective surgery is a hard no.
Outside of the ones that look like botched aliens or big puffy lips I don't really notice. Sometimes on tv I see people with obvious botox because their face doesn't move lol.

Exactly.

There are probably a lot of people that get it and it looks good and you don't even notice. The ones that look bad, you notice, so it's probably a bit of confirmation bias.

I mean it turned Kate Beckinsale into a facial 10/10 and possibly the prettiest face in human history.
So it's not all bad

There are tons of women walking around with a little bit of stuff done and you never know it.
You're wrong.
You have no idea how many women have had it done, and you have no idea how many women have had it done and you didn't notice it.
