Or do they just sit there all day and collect a paycheck while pretending to be Mexican hunting?

They are always on I10 between the Texas border and Lack Charles as well. Which I can kind of see, because that's the direction they are going to come from, but I just don't understand what the game plan is. Do they just look at cars and say "that one looks like it's got Mexicans in it", and pull you over?

I see a White SUV with green 'Border Patrol' marking regularly.

I'll be damned. I've seen them near the port in Port Allen but never in BR.

Seems a little far away from the border to be catching illegal immigrants. Maybe they go when they have reports of illegals they missed earlier at the border?

They are seeking drug runners

Just seems blatantly illegal and unconstitutional. I'm all for placing agents in high traffic areas to assist police when they pull over an expected illegal for legitimate reasons. But if I happen to be in a car that "looks" like I may have something to hide, I don't like the thought of an agent being able to stop me just to check around.

I lived by Foxy's around 2001 and one time the van rolled down South Park and there were brown people running in all directions.
