I've got a butler and I surf tigerdroppings all day. My life is already pretty easy.

Life does seem to get harder by the day. I think life got progressively easier from cave man times all the way up to the 1990s.

But then things started to regress around 25 years ago.

I think a big part of it is cell phones, social media, and the internet in general. It doesn't allow people time to ever relax or truly rest their minds.

You get burnt out and exhausted as a result.

Downslope commenced when they were allowed to kill off the McDLT with impunity.

If your life seems too overbearing, you just need to block out the noise.

I had a pretty rough 4th quarter of 2020, but no matter what happens life moves on.

Find the good things and embrace them. You may have to look hard, but they are there.

Well I guess no. For example, everyone was tired of winning the last four years and decided it would be best to have senile incompetent president.

Life is full of ups and downs. Its your job to keep your life in balance. Learn how to manage the good times and the hard times.

But no matter how bad you have it, there are people who have it worse than you. Meditate. That eases your brain and frees it from everything that is going on, for a little while.. Its like a reset.. Or a refresh for your brain. That will help you stay grounded.

Never does seem to slack off does it... Mary Jane legalization would make it a bit more tolerable.

If it was easy it wouldn’t be worth it.

This is so stupid to tell someone. You’re basically invalidating what anyone is going through with this nonsense. There are also people who have it better. Who cares about what other people have.

It’s ok to offer compassion, empathy, and sympathy instead of some empty, meaningless cliche.

The only thing that's unchangeable is your the death of a loved one. Everything else is just an opportunity for you.

You gotta have challenges.

Depends. If someone just lost a loved one, then yeah it's pretty asinine to tell them "Suck it up. Could be worse."

But life is about perspective and expectations. Some people are legitimately unhappy for no other reason than that they don't rake in 6 figures or have 50,000 followers on Instagram.

That's not a healthy perspective on life. So sometimes people do need a wake-up call that life could be a lot tougher and that they should focus more about what opportunities they do have instead of worrying about what they don't have.

Not saying that's the case of the OP. I'm just saying in general.
