I've been on Melinda's green sauce for a while now.
Publix has had a bunch of different flavors of theirs in the little bottles 4/$5 lately.

I like Tabasco in my soups and stews
I like El Yucateco habanero in my salsa & mexican dishes
I like Louisiana & Crystal for my wings/chicken pork & fries
I like sriracha on my corn dogs

my wife hates that I put hot sauce on everything
spaghettis, fried chicken, shepherds pie, gumbo, breakfast potatoes and eggs
Now I will say, I'm having a bigger reaction to it late at night with acid reflux

I prefer Crystal & Louisiana Hot Sauce. However... Scrambled eggs are meant to have Tabasco sauce on them! Something about the flavor of Tabasco & scrambled eggs that I really like.
