Does anyone know these idiots?

Around 5:20 this afternoon, outside of BR but before Denham, on I-12 East, they lost a shitty blue fake-leather recliner out the back of their $100 trailer. Of course, it almost caused an accident, and probably did, later on.
They are too stupid to know how to use rope to secure a load, so I doubt they can turn on a computer, much less own one.
The truck had two fatass, mid-60s halfwits in it, so BOLO.

I only saw it from the driver's side but it looked like the front wheel on the trailer was smaller than the rear wheel.

Why would they need a rope? Gravity will hold it in place.
