I went to Jesuit. Some of the most humble down to earth people are from there. You have old money kids mixed in with those on a scholarship whose parents work at a grocery store, and everyone gets along. There may always be a bad egg, but they groom the kids to be men for others.
Overall, anyone from a Catholic League School is successful in their own way. The schools provide an education far greater than one can imagine, and it has more to do with life lessons and fundamentals in addition to books and studies. All those school board meetings of pissed off parents across the country strike your nerves? Well you won't have those types of issues in the Catholic League.
For those in the know, why did the Catholic league get dissolved?

Thats not and never has been a rivalry.
Isn’t it one of the oldest rivalries in the country?

Isn’t Holy Cross actually a 4a school that plays up and try’s to compete with the bigger schools but always falls short. I think JC is even a 2 or 3 a school that plays up.
De La Salle is just scared to join the Catholic League

Yes, unfortunately the old 11-AAAA days are long gone..
But HC and Jesuit still play each other.

It's really only a Louisiana thing.

For those not from New Orleans, just take the above post as proof of what every non-Jesuit alum deals with. These Momma's Boys are brainwashed and indoctrinated to believe that everyone else is bitter and jealous of them -- including every graduate from every school not in New Orleans.
Right, talking shite back to some douche triggered by a high school is definitely proof we have the issue

As someone who moved to Louisiana for college, it's bizarre how much people focus on where so and so went to HS. It's really only a Louisiana thing.
Pretty big thing in Memphis too.

No one around here considers Jesuit and Holy Cross a huge rivalry anymore.

I know several, and never had a problem. All are nice fellas, and personal friends. John Curtis on the other hand....ignorant, and arrogant. Maybe that's a YOU problem

We have an awful lot of that in Louisiana.
