Nope. A pistol is a type of handgun which has A SINGLE CHAMBER integral with the barrel. A revolver has multiple chambers. Two different things. #themoreyouknow

This is just a for a possible scenario correct, you aren't in any type of issue, correct?

I have shot a Derringer. Cool little pistol, but not very practical. If you are considering a .22, I think you should certainly look at a .32 revolver. It’s probably going to weigh a little more than a semi-auto version like a Ruger LCP, but if you like wheel guns, there are tons of .32 revolvers out there.

Check out some other options over the derringer. It’s hard to hold and harder to hit with. I see you like revolvers NAA makes a mini 22 revolver. I don’t think you want that. ( it’s for real close in stuff). I think you to get a S&W .38 5 shot revolver. The slim one.

A derringer is a completely last resort weapon. Commonly carried in the boot as a backup gun in case you are disarmed.

A know a bar manager that carries a Judge and a Bond Arms Derringer, all loaded with .410 PDX1's. He's all about loading someone up full of .410...

I inherited an old old old police issue 32 revolver from my deceased grandfather and i can't find rounds for it.

It might not kill them, but they'd wish they were dead.

Try the Sig P365

The last thing you want as a novice is a derringer or a revolver.

A revolver is almost fool proof, an auto has more issues by far.

Snubbed nose .357 magnum. Ruger.

Shoot .357, .38 special or .380 mag.

Revolver. Small purse carry.

Firing many guns doesn't mean you're good at it. You want something that will take out the most difficult shooting factors. Striker fired subcompacts are going to be your best bet for what you're looking for.
