We all know these dangerous vaccines give people autism. Now they give people the flu.

We don't get flu shots. Just keeping the house humidity level up does wonders.

You forgot to mention it was the swine flu

Juniper oil basically does the same thing as the flu vaccine but it's safer
It's less profitable for Big Pharma though so you'll never hear about it
I have 5 slots left for my video conference tonight if you want to learn how to make your household safer and protect your family while being your own boss!

I did not forget. I just saw this and posted so people can make up their own minds. For one thing, there is no "The Flu." There are many types of flu. That is why I said "Doctor says that a flu vaccine (meaning a certain type of flu vaccine) is more risky than that flu.
You could listen to what he says instead of attacking the messenger. Even the Supreme Court ruled that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe. But just go ahead and do what you are doing without actually thinking for yourself or doing your research on the untested (yes untested) thing that they inject directly into your bloodstream.

It appears that he's a quack without board certification who writes hormones in an antiaging clinic.
It doesn't appear that he was able to complete any residency.
(What do doctors do that cant finish a residency training program do for a living? this)

You need to educate yourself

Did you start this thread to prove how poorly educated you are?

The two literal modern miracles of the past 2 centuries are - industrial production of electrical power and (I'm lumping 2 together) antibiotics/vaccines.
These modern, quasi-religious movements to demonize these 2 things that are, by many orders of magnitude, directly responsible for the exaggerated high quality of life we all enjoy in the 21st Century continue to baffle me.
Nothing is perfect. Everything you do (or not do) has a risk profile. It is called "life". I've had the flu vaccine 20 years straight, or thereabouts. Never got the flu (even when the shot was weak). Never had any problems.
And my experience is the norm. Period. Full stop.

How Flu Vaccine Effectiveness is Tested (CDC)
Totes. No testing at all.

Being a simple country boy I know what I know happened to me. Aint no science behind it and I aint preaching. I took my last flu shot bout 20 years ago Twice before that I had taken the shot and come down with a bad case of flu anyways. Both times doctors said I had a kind of flu the shot did not cover. The last time a doctor told me that the shot actually weakens your immune system for a week or 2 till it learns to resist. Quit taking the shot and never had the flu again till this year.
Doc also said that the older ya are the better chance ya get it. So now I gotta figure out what to do again

Wow one whole doctor.
This is like the 5th dentist who thinks brushing is terrible.

I don't think this is strictly accurate, but I know that if you already have an active infection (particularly cold, flu or pneumonia), you should not get the shot.
I always get it early in the season. Yes, there is a risk the shot has a low effectiveness or that they have to change it, but the real value is getting it early, before you might get sick and be ready for whatever.
There is also a growing body of evidence that says getting the shot every year (because the profile changes every year), helps you build up a broader immunity to various strains of the flu.
I'm going to start getting the pneumonia shot. I never get the flu, but I will get bronchitis that leads to pneumonia at the drop of a hat.

It’s undeniable that vaccines have virtually eradicated many diseases and that the antivax movement is aiding the return of a lot of curable diseases. That being said, I still don’t get flu shots.

alls I know I took the shot and got the flu twice in a few years. Quit taking the shot no flu 20 years till now. My health aint what it usta be so maybe now I'll give the shot a try again. Of course once every 20 years aint bad

And as long as you aren't in the military, don't work in healthcare or in the schools, I'm broadly okay with that choice.
It is, after all, a free country for however little more time we can hold on.
But, many of the myths surrounding vaccines, generally, and the flu vaccine, particularly need to be snuffed out.
My mother-in-law, for example, has positions on vaccines too crazy for Coast-to-Coast AM or Infowars.
