Do you use the screen time report on your phone?

This may just be for apple users, I'm not sure if androids have a similar option? If so, do you pay attention to it?
if so does it make you want to put your phone down more often? or use the downtime/time limit options?

I can't say that I use it much...not much more than a glance when the notification comes out. I have actually thought about turning it off.

Started popping up on my phone and ipad a few weeks ago. I totally ignore it.
On a somewhat related note. A friend of mine texted me that his daughter traded in her BMW SUV. About an hour later I had a BMW advert pop up on my ipad. These companies are up to some sneaky shite.

I had a 21% reduction in my screen time last week. Must have gotten a lot of sexy time from the wife last week

I do. I also have a limit on the social media at 2 hrs a day. I use my phone about 3 hrs a day, but I've been decreasing ever since that feature was added. Hoping to get to 2 hrs a day soon.

I look at it sometimes. And yes there have been a few times when I left my phone alone for awhile after seeing how much I used it. But there have been a few times when I hadn't used it as much as I thought I would have.. But yeah it definitely makes me more aware of how much time I spend on it.
