I use a silver money clip that looks like a large paper clip. It works very well, and holds my money and cards with no issues

I use my phone case. It has inserts on the back, not like a folding case.

What? YOU may not carry cash, but lots of us still do. And I still get asked for my ID, so I've got to have that too.
Money clip, DL, Am Ex, and a couple hundred cash. All you need. Put your business cards in a separate carrier.
