The man is a bureaucrat first and a doctor second. I'm not just bullshitting when I say that he said all of that. He later acted like he never said those things and condemned others for not taking swifter action.

I’m having a hard time even trusting him to be honest. The guy flip flops often and seems to constantly be focused on negative outcomes. The fact that he’s 79 years old does his ethos no favors.

Yes, Fauci is a leftist hack. All you have to do is look at his career and support for leftist policies.
Someone tell me the last time doctor (and I use that term loosely) Fauci actually saw a patient and prescribed a treatment regimen for anything?
"Doctor" in his case is more akin to a PhD as an acedemic, and not as an actual physician.
Hopefully Dr. Atlas can bring some sanity to the WH team.
