Do you trust mirrors?

Most of the time when looking in my side or rearview mirrors I still have to "put eyes on it" by turning around.
Even while brushing my teeth in the bathroom mirror, sometimes I touch my face or chest to make sure I am real.
Does anyone else have this distrust with mirrors?

Do I double-check after looking in mirrors in my car? Absolutely.
