When you go to applebees and use a bogo coupon, do you tip on the final bill?

Lets see, i bet two waters with lemon, two burgers (one for free). Cheapest burger on the menu.

So 8 bucks? I bet you tip a whole dollar

Tip based on what the original service costs.

I go to an old school barber now. He sells old school wet shaving stuff so I tip him well or buy something from him and tip modestly. It must be enough as he gave me free shave soap the other day.. "Oh hell just grab one and tell me what you think." He will cut my hair forever.

I recommended a friend to the girl that cuts mine and last time I was in she cut mine for free. Tipped my normal amount. If someone does a good job make sure they are rewarded.

Similar to restaurants. 15%-20% is standard for good service.

Sport Clips most likely. To the OP, your answer is that you'd want to tip more if you got a discount from a coupon. Unless the $2 really means something to you.
