I can only wear one brand of boxer briefs now because it seems my waist size and package size don't match up. My waist is too small for large, but my package is too constricted in mediums. I don't want to lose blood flow to that area but it feels like it sometimes. Calvin Klein boxer briefs are perfect though, they have some extra room for your junk

Only boxer briefs "fit" me. And I don't always like wearing them. I'm a 34, and large boxers float on me (I got no arse) big time. I feel like I'm tucking boxers into my pants if I wear a pait. Mediums are too tight in the waist. Although I'm probably closers to a 32 now and maybe need to give mediums another shot.
