Do you think my neighbor is dumbass for raking leaves?

I just moved into a new house, with a few maple trees, and my anal neighbor is out there raking leaves and mean mugging people everyday. I let my leaves blow on his lawn so he has to pick it up for me. Easiest landscaping chore I've had in awhile. I might buy the guy a beer and see if I can get him to cut my grass. He doesn't seen too smart to be honest.

What's even worse than that is this clown in the garage apartment next door who thinks his "girlfriend" wants to marry him. She has guys coming and going every time he travels. After 4 years of this shite show, she's finally saying enough.

You should put a sign in his yard that says:
"PUBLIC NOTICE: A CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER LIVES IN THIS HOUSE."
