How are you going to tax something that you could legally be allowed to grow in your own home?
People brew their own beer as well

I guess you don't believe the economy would take a hit if a large swath of america could lounge around high all day
It is already near impossible to find people that can pass a drug test.
I didn't say that. I said it would eliminate a lot of the competition for climbing higher on the societal ladder.
Who gives a shite about the economy as a whole. Those with ambition will find a way. The stoners will be left behind.
Are you afraid of the challenge?

I believe so. I would say 3 to 5 years.
I think Team Trump may press to decriminalize if he is able to get the primary items on his agenda addressed in the first 2 years.
As another poster indicated 'none of the government's business'. Same as automobiles and their gas mileage. If I want to drive a truck that only gets 5 miles to the gallon that is my business. Too much government in too many places!

What does that mean?
Just because our current society is full of lazy potheads
Does not make my take incorrect
Why is life so stressful and difficult that you have to succumb to Marijuana?

Who said anything about smoking? I guarantee that if I gave you half of one my homemade chocolate chip cookies while we were drinking beer in the garage, about an hour later you'd be giving me high 5's thanking me.
Life is short. Don't miss out on the simple pleasures.

It means lots of successful people, myself included, burn down frequently. I’ve been successfully employed by a Fortune 150 company for 10 years + and am about the polar opposite of lazy, so your take is, simply put, out of touch with reality.
Do you ‘succumb’ to alcohol use?

Well, they'll stop that. Just like all but 4 states have done with tobacco.
You'll have to get a grower's license to grow it at home.

I’m pretty tired of walking my kids through a cloud of pot smoke every time we go to a store.
Legalize it fine. Illegal to smoke outside of designated areas. I.e inside your house. Stupid expensive fine.

I do not drink
Why be impaired?
For what gain?

No Trump is a old school conservative. He will not sign such a bill.
