No you don't.

No you can't.
You should ask them to see if they can pick up your fat arse. That makes no less sense.

Years ago I interviewed for a position with the federal government that required a top secret security clearance. Two guys interviewed me and one of them pretended to be an extremely effeminate gay guy. Like over the top. I knew he was faking it but couldn't ever figure out if they were just getting their jollies or if there was a point to it. I just ignored his act and answered all the questions seriously.
I can only imagine the lawsuits and media backlash if they did that now.

That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard of. I'd imagine that your secretary thinks you are an idiot.
Although I highly doubt that you actually do that.

Lot of strong talk on the old internet.
Also, I doubt the old fellow could dead lift 300lbs.
As for your comment about not making sense, the applicant who runs back to the secretary for directions is timid and lacking social skills. The applicant who introduces himself to the nearest person and asks where the conference room is the type who typically collaborates in difficult situations. The guy who goes off on his own trusts his own judgement sbove others. Not always a good thing, but likely a good guy when something goes wrong.

Do you work for Pinnacle?
The lady there saw I had worked in produce throughout HS and college. So she asked, "If you were a piece of produce, what would you be?"

Slightly off topic, but she was hitting on you

I make them wait for an extended period to see how they handle the stress of it.

Since you like to paint with a broad brush, what would you say to an applicant who told you your secretary is stupid to not even know the layout of the building and you are a huge behemoth who doesn't take care of himself?
bold and independent?

What sort of bullshite reasoning is this. Do you really seriously have time for that shite in your job? Because most people in real jobs don't have time for these games.

Someone who has to use these dumbass tests to see what kind of person you are = not worth working for.
Someone who acts like a professional = worth working for.

Ballsy (unless he's big enough to back up his mouth).
Stupid (as I've been in the gym four nights a week for the last eight months).
Inexperienced (the synopsis on the back page of the book gives you an idea, not the whole story. A lot like my little test)
At least I'd know he's not just a pussy on the internet.

Manager is a fatass that wants to fight everyone. Secretary is a dumbass that doesn't know the layout of her own building.
This is a company I want to work for!

I interviewed several people for a safety job. If they didn't use the handrails while walking up or down the stairs they had no chance.

Why? We have a caloric store in case of societal failure.

It'll be a close race between heart failure and societal failure.
