In a hostpital it is injected to help the liver from cell damage from say an acetaminophen overdose
You can take it before drinking to do similar
Then take Tudca after drinking
Because the drinking must never stop
Only uses I care about

Yep , this thread is absolutely worthless until we get a Mingo opinion and why everyone else is stupid for taking what they are taking.

I take a bunch:
Resveratrol
Multivitamin
Beet powder
Turmeric and curcumin
Cod liver oil
Quercetin
A lot of that was what my doc recommended during COVID. If I ever had it, I don’t know.

I take the following
Carditone- if you want to have perfect bp, this is the ticket
Nattokinase- helps prevent stroke and helps plaque from building up
Citrus bergamot- cholesterol - works amazing
Sns glycophase- blood sugar and cholesterol
Krill oil and omega d3 for vitamin d and the oils for heart health
Creatine for the performance and mental benefits
Whey protein as needed
Multi as a catch all, mainly a waste but it’s cheap as dirt

There are no side effects to creatine other than you have to maintain hydration
Tons of benefits, including lots of mental performance benefits, especially for the elderly and pre-teen through 18 age groups

Creatine
Caffeine
Magnesium(for poops)
And synthetic hormones are the only things that actually work. (I'll stay Natty for the hassle though)
Beta alanine makes my skin crawl and gets me all pissed off to lift heavy and not talk.
Tyrosine anecdotally helps mental focus a little.
Citrulline malate seems to do something.. But not worth the effort.
Whey is a food.
Everything else is an basically expensive piss or stomach ache.

Daily vitamin . Got some Geritol from my parents as a gag gift for my 50th birthday. Used to roll out of bed and crawl to a dresser to pull myself up in the mornings. Hard worker not hungover in the mornings.
Started taking the vitamins and 4 days no longer needed the dresser to get to my feet.
