I work from home some, but also have an office 7 minutes from my house... so, I normally eat breakfast and lunch at home.

Sometimes I do. Sometimes I look for a cheap option, such as a sam hotdog combo for $1.65. Not necesarrily healthy but it is cheap.

I brought a sandwich and a banana for breakfast to work in a black bag.

Plastic grocery bag, but basically the same thing

Same here, I cook big meals and will have leftovers that I eat for the next couple of days.

That’s such a huge plus. When I worked from home, having access to my stove, fridge, oven, and air fryer was such a huge flex. The only downside was the temptation to snack throughout the day. In my current job, I can fully control how much food I have access to between 7am and 5:30pm, but everything revolves around what would taste good being heated in a microwave.
