I always sleep with a box fan and take it when I travel
I sleep with the ceiling fan on every night no matter what the temp is
I also sleep with a white noise sound machine and yes I travel with it, If I dont travel with it I have a White Noise App on my phone that I use

Used to sleep with a fan. Not for the wind but for the noise. Switched to a noise maker, easier to tote and alot smaller
