Only fans.

You take a box fan with you when you travel? Like you lug around a huge box fan? You put it in your car and bring it to your hotel room? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I would rather sleep without a fan for a month and get used to a normal nights sleep without lugging around a huge fan.

as I get older im adding things to my sleep routine and its been working real well
the downside is i travel for work and its a pain in the arse to lug around a huge body pillow and weighted blanket

I guess I don’t get that. Add less to your sleep routine rather than making a process out of it. Sleep naturally and exercise.

I sleep with a pedestal fan that I have had for over 30 years. Even in the winter, I can't do without it.

I have slept with many of my fans.

Several of my fans have tried, but I’m true to my SO.
